Mr Monkey noticed that there was a traction engine in the middle of the car park, and he scampered over to find that it was called the Evening Star and that there was a man with a green flag standing on a platform attached to it. Mr Monkey also spotted a row of strange boiler contraptions looking down on the car park. When the green flag was raised, the contraptions started making noises.
