Mr Monkey visits the Cathedral of St. Vitus, 11th June

"Well, the outside is impressive"

Trying to find a way in, Mr Monkey went around to the west end of the Cathedral. He examined the 1939 carving of the Crucifixion above the doorway, then examined the bronze doors, made between 1927 and 1929, which show the history of the cathedral in 10 bas-reliefs. Mr Monkey looked up at the rose window, then scampered into the Cathedral through a less impressive door.
