Mr Monkey's humans hadn't eaten, and Mr Monkey hadn't been inside the Municipal House, so they scurried into the cafe for breakfast. After finishing a banana Mr Monkey studied the cafe, and was surprised to see a tower or church on top of the chandeliers.
