Mr Monkey visits the Museum in Docklands, 16th May

"They could improve them with a lick of orange paint"

Before he went into the museum Mr Monkey had a look at two of the boats in the Museum collection. The larger tug is the Knocker White, built in the Netherlands in 1924. Her funnel can be lowered to get under low unmoveable bridges. The smaller tug is the Varlet, built in 1935 to tow barges and lighters around the docks.
