Mr Monkey in London, 3rd October

"They've painted it very nicely, you know"

Mr Monkey inspected the bridge as he crossed it. He thought the eyebolt chains looked secure enough, and knew that the bridge had been thoroughly overhauled in a two year project at the end of the 20th century. He spotted a set of coats of arms on the anchors of the bridge. Mr Monkey could recognize the arms of the United Kingdom in the middle, and Kent, London and Essex on the left, but isn't sure who the other heraldry belongs to.
