Mr Monkey scurried along the promenade back to his hotel. When he got there he found that the hotel was completely bathed in floodlighting, and had to nip into the colonnaded walkway where it wasn't so bright. When he got to his room he was a little miffed to find that two of the spotlights were on his terrace. They did go out at midnight, though.
