Mr Monkey popped out of the Underground at Westminster. He stopped to look up at Saint Stephen's Tower, which has got the 13 ton bell, Big Ben, inside it. From the Embankment, Mr Monkey couldn't help noticing that they'd lit the London Eye up with red lights.
