At the end of Pall Mall Mr Monkey was told that they were filming something called National Treasure II outside St James Palace, and that he wasn't allowed to take pictures of the filming, which was secret, even though it was in the street. And anyway, they weren't actually filming, they were standing around thinking about filming, or pretending to film. So Mr Monkey went and looked in the window of a rather elegant hat shop on St James Street.
