Mr Monkey in London, 3rd August

"It's a bit difficult to read the etched glass in the sunlight"

Mr Monkey scurried across the Millenium Bridge, and decided to walk along the north bank of the Thames. Under the bridge he had a look at the Millennium Measure. This is a two metre high pillar given to the City of London by the Worshipful Company of Scientific Instrument Makers. The three glass panels are etched with timelines showing 2000 years of the history of making scientific instruments, the City, and the church. After deciding that it was just high tide and that the Thames wasn't about to flood, Mr Monkey started walking.
