Mr Monkey carried along the track past Hyde Bank Farm, stopping to look over a hedge at some fields, the railway line to Marple, and Werneth Low in the distance. Then he looked the other way, into the Goyt Valley. At least, he thought it was a valley, but there were so many trees it was rather hard to tell.
