Next, Mr Monkey studied Amy Cham's three screen video installation, Hands. This is about passing cooking knowledge for one generation to the next, and about using food to heal family rifts. The middle screen shows Amy, her mother and her brother preparing food, with close-up of hands working on the ingredients on the two outer screens.
