A month later Mr Monkey scampered back to MCDC, because he knew that Leanne Bramall was going to be there working on a piece for the Centre. He had a chat with her and found out that the pins were inspired by indigenous peoples' artifacts. He examined her collection of objects found on Manx beaches that she uses to make patterns in the heads of the pins, then inspected the unfired clay pins to try to work out which object made which pattern.
