Mr Monkey went down a set of stairs beneath the armoured deck again. First he looked into the 6-inch Transmission Station. During a battle, the officers here used information from the Forward Director Control Tower on the bridge to work out which way the guns of the main turrets should be aimed. Next to the Transmission Station he looked at the Forward Steering Position which was the main place the ship was steered from, taking commands from the Compass Platform.
