Mr Monkey visits the Olympic Sculpture Park, 1st February

"It's very bright and rather pointy, you know"

Mr Monkey looking at Mark di Suvero's Bunyon's Chess Mr Monkey looking at Eagle by Alexander Calder

After crossing Elliot Way, Mr Monkey inspected Bunyon's Chess by Mark di Suvero, which merged with the ground a little too much. Then he studied Eagle more closely and found that it was more than just a cut out.

You can read about Mark di Suvero at the Arts on the Point website and about Alexander Calder at the Calder Foundation website.
