Before leaving the museum, Mr Monkey looked at a temporary exhibition about Mary Seacole, a coloured woman also active in nursing in the Crimea. As he scampered up towards Lambeth Palace Road, Mr Monkey saw a bright yellow DUKW trundle past, after coming back onto to dry land near the MI6 building down the road.
